Your app experience is very bad. You just embedded webview and launched it in the form of app which is not properly optimized. You're lacking users from app experience. I too am an app developer. So, I have analyzed. Sorry to say, but I didn't expect tus bad experience from such a big optical brand. One line suggestion- Hire some better app developer, you have compromised app for size optimization, which is not good.

Waste of an app!! It opens in chrome for some reason so it's mostly a web app which is annoying and it keeps disconnecting. Virtual try on is the biggest pain in the butt. Lenskart is way better

Worst quality of frames. Had to go to the store twice in 3 months to get it fixed And completely useless frames and no proper response from the store . I had to replace it within 6 months ....absolutely waste!!!

I want to buy my first Glasses hence came across Titan Eye. I will visit the store because fitting will be best after wearing them physically. The design and specification data is what this application makes it easy to get. Please add a FAVOURITE Icon with heart, star etc, as it helps, instead of scrolling all the time. The application was last updated a year ago, due to which it has glitches and laggy. After every back press the app needs refreshing which takes 3 seconds to a minute!
