Sure its a great site to bid on, but if you're an English speaker and in my case needed a refund, no one speaks English. This is ridiculous for a high end watch auction site targeting english speaking clients even if we are in the minority. Its been 2 days and still no refund. I bought a watch and was told it was sold elsewhere.

I love this app, watches of different brands are easy to find and search. They have many many varieties and styles of watches. I'm basically hook to this app daily and purchases are effortless and stress free. Delivery and service is the best. Timepeaks will ensure you get every bit of information once you purchase the item until it has been send to you. Delivery is also lightning fast. Keep up the good job guys!

Update- the new UI is terrible, I can't save and see my bookmarked items, also everytime I open the item and click back to the list, the app takes to to the top of the page so I need to scroll down. Very bad change of this new version. [Like the service and used it personally with great success but the refreshed app with the new layout of two items in one row made it even worse to navigate plus all my Bookmarks disappeared. PLEASE add sorting option by "Newly Listed"]

This new version update UI is very bad. Please revert back to previous version. Unable to sort from main page price low to high. After scrolling down few pages, and after click to view product details, when click Back, it goes to top of page and not where we last view. When sort price range, it shows also all ended auction products unnecessarily.

Good App that for watch lovers. It offers watch inspection before purchase and buyers protection. Overall it's a good experience to buy but the process of inspection is underwhelming as there is no report or anything about the inspection and it adds lead time before the delivery, as the watch needs to be sent to timepeaks first before it is sent to you.

Great site to acquire preloved pieces. Request for more info and queries were promptly addressed. Would suggest further improvements to the app as mentioned by the other reviewers, e.g. allows sorting based on Condition.
