Already write my full address at 'optional box' inside app during order, but the lorry driver does not receive. He waited for 30 minutes cannot pass through gate because he do not know my house unit. During that time, I'm so busy transfering items to front house to get ready for the lorry and forget about my phone. He so mad after arrive and gave me 1 star.

Horrible Service. Charges are not transparent. Was quoted rm400 for a 3 ton lorry, 1 driver and 2 helpers. In the end i had to pay rm570. Receipt was given only for rm400. Avoid this app.

Cannot view my upcoming booking details. Keep showing make sure u have stable internet connection then try again which kinda misleading as my connection is fine, can play ml full bar no lagging.

I have no way to select my pickup address, it show the condo name, but fail to select it. The app has no chat option to help resolve user issue, bad app.
