I have used other scanners. Genius Scan is easy to use and it has auto capture for several pages. The resolution is best. This is my go to scanner from now on. I did make an in app purchase because I love it and would like to support the Developer. No ads for free version, but make a purchase if you love it.

This app ONLY works if you upgrade to the + version. Once you do that, it is smooth sailing. Scans your documents without asking to change to a darker background, and this and that's. It zooms on the document, adjusts the cropping automatically and zap you got this document scanned to perfection. I just upgraded today and so far so good.

I did some testing with this app and it is very good. My only problem with it is that the scans are a little blurry which might be my camera but would it be possible to make the camera software better? Just a suggestion, but it would be nice. Nice add free experience. Even if the auto scan feature doesn't catch documents, you can just press the orange scan button. But I only have do that if the paper is close to the color of the scanning surface. I recommend this app.

I've used this app a lot since online school became common, and it's really been useful. It makes it so much easier to group and send documents and makes it way easier to edit them for legibility compared to using a regular phone camera. It's very straightforward and organized, which I appreciate.

I have used this app through all of college to covert everything from homework to exams into pdf files and you're able to email it to yourself. You have a few filter options for your photos of documents as well as a way to crop your photos in the app to make a nice looking PDF of your work. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that the cropping mechanic of the app is sometimes glitchy. Other than that this is a great scanner app.

So far, I'm loving it! I was iffy on whether I really needed an app for this or not. I had downloaded several and comparing reviews, costs, app capabilities, etc... When I read they hadn't used advertising for years because of safety & privacy concerns for customers, I was sold. An App Co. taking away their largest source of revenue, because of principals & morals-wow!! I've already started looking at their other apps as well. THESE ARE THE KINDS OF COMPANIES THAT SHOULD BE SUPPORRTED!!!
