Push Notifications no longer work. I heavily relied on the motion sensor push notifications and those no longer work in Android and IOS. App crashes when I try to access cloud data. There are many more bugs. I do hope those get addressed.

After getting a new phone I realized that the original TENVISTY app is no longer available on the play store. This NEW TENVIS app doesn't allow you to store camera positions, and my camera always moves on its own and gets stuck in a position and there's no way to even reset or reboot the camera from the app. Developer should be ashamed of themselves that they have consumers out in the market who have a great camera but is made essentially unusable due to a highly poor quality app. Do better.

I Need the motion sensor notifications problem fixed as I use this to monitor a senior. Please address this issue ASAP. Without them the camera is useless.

The camera does not load. It has to be reset all the time. Lags out. Static sound. The new app has been junk. Used the old one and it was perfect.

Unable to listen on Android anymore. Please fix asap. Seems OK on iOS 13.2. Is this problem going to be fixed as no update for 12 months now. Apart from this issue the app works fine.

Funny enough mine has worked fine for the past few years, but now only showing a few seconds of recorded video clips, but was great even tho I am in a country with terrible Internet Ireland.
