This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Telia Touchpoint on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

We need flexibility in terms of changing the auto attendant forwarding number. However this doesn't work with androids and when speaking to an agent at Telia, they didn't seem to care. Researching other vendors at the moment. I don't recommend this.

This is such a terrible app to have to use every day! It doesn't always register when you report into a group, even though it shows the bar going green, when you check back it isn't anymore. Everything is very slow in it. The options for statuses are entirely cosmetic and only shows to five other people that you have to favorite, and you will still receive calls even though you've put "gone for the day" or "in a meeting" Terrible system, terrible app. Would not recommend to anyone.
