Uten mulighet for å skedulere på dagsbasis når man skal være tilgjengelig og ikke (for sentralbordet), vil jeg si at denne appen er relativt ubrukelig.

Appen kræsjer når man forsøker overføre samtale. Huawei telefon. App Må ha tilgang til mine private kontakter for at den skal I det hele tatt kan åpnes. Det trenger ikke appen når den brukes på iPhone. Pr dags dato er appen ubrukelig.

Når jeg prøver å legge til nummer+navn fra anropslisten (ved å trykke på ikon mann(?) med plusstegn) så får jeg opp listen over mulige kontaktlister. Hvis jeg velger min konto "Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync" så fungerer ikke det. Kontakten blir lagret på telefonen uansett. Irriterende!

Hvordan kan jeg aktivere appen?

Appen setter meg ofte som "slått av eller uten dekning". Litt paradoksalt når jeg ser det mens jeg sitter på 4G, på nettopp mobiltelefonen. Denne feilen føyer seg inn i rekken med de andre problemene jeg har rapportert om, men ikke "tegn" nok til å la stå. Hvorfor dere konstant svarer kontakt kundeservice er uforståelig. De lurer nesten på hvorfor du ringer angående slike problemer. Hvis de vet løsningen, så publiser det på nett (faq) for guds skyld!

Når appen fungerer, fungerer den helt ok. Når det ikke gjør det, ja da er det gjerne en feil som ikke gir mening. Tilkobling via både 4G, Wifi og normal 2G resulterer forsatt i "Ingen tilkobling." Dette gjelder flere telefoner, og lokasjoner. Bør absolutt rettes da appen er ubrukelig ellers.
