Free Version Functionalities:

Are you still using Facebook to keep track of your team's activities? Can't find the activity's time and details because it got buried in other news feeds? Team Calendar keeps the activities organized and handy with its easy to use and friendly user interface. (Must have a registered account and have subscribed to organizations in order to view their activities.)
- Online enrollment
Enroll and reply to an activity directly within the App. No need to send out a separate message or call someone.
- Reminders
Automatically remind you of upcoming activities.
- Rewards
Organization owner may set up rewards for participating in activities. You may earn reward points by attending these activities. The reward policy is defined by the organization owner. Not every activity will reward you with points. You have to use the App and have a registered account in order to have a chance to earn rewards.
- Cloud Storage
All data is stored in the cloud. No more missing the data because you have changed your cell phone. The app also runs on iPad and can be run on multiple devices as long as you stayed logged in.

Paid Subscription Functionalities:

- Post and share activities with your team
As an organization owner, you can create and post activities like classes, promotions, reminders, or meetings. They are automatically sync up with everyone that subscribes to your calendar.
- Manage your activities whenever and wherever
As an organization owner, you can track the enrollment status straight from your devices. If you post an activity with limited enrollments, the system will automatically cut off the enrollment when all seats have been reserved.
- Reward your participants
As an organization owner, you can create activities that reward points to its participants to promote your activities.
- Organize and manage your team
Organization owner can accept or reject a subscription request from other users. Users without your approval cannot see your activities. You can create groups within your organization. Group activities are only visible to your group members so you can further refine your organization.
- Promotions with limited quantities
You can create promotions with limited quantities. Once all quantities have been reserved by your subscribers, the system automatically stops taking reservation.

How to use Team Calendar:
1. Select a subscription plan and become a organization owner right away. (Please check our website for various subscription plans and available payment methods. https://www.teamcalendarapp.com)
2. Set up your organization in the app.
3. Invite your team to download the app and register for free.
4. Post and share your activities!

App Permissions

Allows applications to open network sockets.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
