I like this app for the first couple years but it has had way too many bugs and i have reached out to customer service so many times and all I'm told is that they will send the problem to the developers. No resolution on bug problems for months!

Absolutely LOVE this app other than the fact that it lags so much when editing contacts. I've tried it in 2 phone's and both take a long time to load. Really wish I could manage this on a computer.

Love the concept of this and auto messaging. I think the upgrade is going to be more effective for our contacts. However, since the "upgrade" to Chloe, it runs way too slow. Customer service still does not respond well and are not helpful. I will recommend this to everyone when it works effectively and efficiently. Hopefully, that will be soon. I really need this to work well.

I love using this app to follow up with my contacts! I had all issue preventing me from loving in and it took me a little while to get ahold of someone, but once I did, they solved my issue very quickly! EXTREMELY pleased!
