After emailing my problem and letting several updates go by hoping it would be fixed, I still have NEVER been able to submit a truck check from my phone. I have an Android phone, several other friends who have Android also have this problem. It's a great idea of an app, but without being able to use the main purpose of it, why keep it on my phone?

I have not had any problems logging in unlike many people in the review section. It was so much better than OP-IQ. But, the recent update slowed down the checking process. I spend more time looking at my phone than I do looking at my equipment. I hate the Submit button on every page, then it asks me if I'm sure, then kicks me back to the start, so I have to click back to where I am and repeat. then when I'm all done I have to submit AGAIN, or it doesn't go through.

I cannot submit through this app at all. My rig checks never go through, but everyone else's can go through. I am using it on my Android phone. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, given all permission, cleared caches, and whatever else I could do to mitigate this, but nothing has bettered my experience.

It works super for some time but after updating and reinstalling, it didn't work in my android. I have try many things and I just couldn't get it to work. My coworkers however did the same in their iPhones and have no problems it all.

On smaller devices like cell phones, the process of checking dates is cumbersome as you must drill into each item to view the lots. I miss the days of paper check sheets. Adds at least an hour to a weekly ALS check.

The app is often glitchy and would require hours of setup to be truly functional.
