Great ideas for an app, I love the concept of recording all messages and phone calls. However, the app is so glitchy that it becomes very frustrating to use. There is already a lot of tension in communication on this app, the last thing we need is something that ups the ante, like calls that won't go through but still eat the limited minutes.

Overly expensive and doesn't work well. Worst video chat app in existence, especially for how much they charge for minutes. Video calls rarely connect, takes 4 or 5 attempts to get a call to connect. App adds stress to co-parenting because it won't even connect calls most of the time. This developer can't even figure out how to make a basic messaging and calling app and they have the audacity charge for it. They steal your money for a service most apps provide for free

Got a new device & cannot download app. I checked operational requirements, followed what was published to make a good decision, but still doesn't work. I emailed support. Waiting for a response. Not hopeful. Edit: I did receive a response & the app doesn't work on all tablets. I think this is a serious flaw, since my child is too young for a phone & using my phone is not convenient/practical. I contacted support & I pretty much got told, tough luck, but in a polite way. Hope it gets addressed.

Horrible. Downloaded the app and it only shows my account details and will not let me do anything. I have to use the web browser to perform any function. I've exited the app, restarted my phone, logged out and still get the same screen. Extreme frustration added to an already frustrating situation.

This app is garbage! I have the basic paid plan, but it keeps prompting me to upgrade my account. The app freezes up a lot. It won't let me choose the "Menu" selection at the bottom right of the screen, no matter how many times I try pressing it. It barely registers when I click on other selections. It makes me never want to use this app again!

So far, this app has a SUBSTANTIAL amount of room for growth! I pay for the premium service and still, the app refuses to load correctly, I constantly have to go onto the internet to check messages, and don't get me started on the sluggish response time (when the app does work). This is disappointing, especially since I'm certainly not getting what I paid for. Maybe it's a glitch but probably not, since there appears to be a theme amongst the issues listed in the reviews.
