Edit: the service people won't even service the product even if it's less than a year old. The service guy keeps stalling for weeks together saying parts are not available (water pump/motor).. They don't even do general cleaning claiming the honey comb filter will disintegrate if cleaned. They take customers for fools. The worst service I have ever faced! There is nothing in the app apart from registering the complaint. No info, no contact. No tracking of complaint. Nothing.

Customer care service is completely useless. There is problem in the cooler within 1 month of purchase. They would claim that customer care executive will reach within 24 hours but that didn't happen. You can't even track the complaint. You can't call customer care cuz all their executives are busy as everyone in the world are calling them only.

Not received OTP yet. Look into the matter very seriously and solve my problem. I just give you 1/2 Star Out of Five. Improve your Services as well as App also to give the satisfactory results.
