this app hardly ever works. it constantly has an error message that says that it can't process my request at this time which is logging in. it's honestly been extremely irritating to not be able to look up any of my account information or make a payment on my phone using the app.

Terrible app- can't even log in to view my account or pay a bill. Keeps having errors logging in. Same with the website. I have no way of viewing my account and making changes.

i called ugi was connected with tech support she didnt even know what the app looks like. hmmmm tech not knowing their app? isnt that her job? duhh UGI your app needs fixed having to sign in multible times to get to bill pay when or if app is working is insane.. oh yeah then theres the nice feature of charging u $$ to use your debit card connected to you bank account? really always always raking the working class over the coals.. app rating is same as ugis ZERO..

Useful when it works but payments are "unsuccessful" more times then not, causing you to call customer service to pay.

your app is trash i can never see my account and your password reset link sucks iv tried numerous times to reset my password and the link expires before i can change anything its phone breaking frustration with this.
