Given the choice of the website (which works fine) or the app, I'd go with the app. It's not 5-star worthy, but it's faster and easier to use than the website. All the 1-star ratings seem to be about connection issues, but they must have resolved them because I haven't experienced any of the problems others have described.

Same problem as on the website. The e-mail ID field is mandatory but you can't write in it. I wrote them in November 2019 and they said that they are having problem with the one time payment on the portal, but the IT Department is working on the issue. March 2020 and we still have the same issue. If there is hiring for that IT Department, please I'd like to work there!

Impossible for me to despise this app more; extremely user hostile app; cannot add credit card; login pops up repeatedly after already logging in successfully multiple times; would never use again if I didn't have to pay water bill.

I was able to log in initially, however, most of the functions would give an error code. Now when I try to log in it says sorry, services not available. This app needs a lot of work.

The bill portion of the app is "unavailable", you know, the only part of the app anyone uses it for. Their website isn't any better, advertising their poor JavaScript development with NaN values all over the place.

DO NOT USE!! Payment processed and gave confirmation # then I get a letter water will be shut off for nonpayment. Now app says down for maintenance
