I am unable to change my billing address and/or remove an old address. I have tried to set up "auto pay" but it never sticks, resulting in a large late bill. Also unable to set up "even pay" and/or contact someone from app to resolve these above issues

It works. Being very insistent on rating their was a pain. Marked down for that. Doesn't show use vs same month last year. Sometimes won't show bill. If they don't stop insisting on a review after I already did, I'll mark them down again.

Absolutely terrible. Ive enrolled in Auto pay 3 seperste times over the past year (even got the confirmation email) come to find out it doesn't go through and I have a past due balance. Fix your system! This is unacceptable.

They don't respond to their messages in the app. It indicates you will get a response within 2 business days but that does not happen.

It keeps making me try to review it. I'm giving it 1 star because the only options are "rate now" and "remind me later." You can't just click out of it.
