In general water works and their website issues are horrendous. I wish we didn't have to work with them at all, I am so tired of dealing with double charges, auto pay cancellations, website changes, re registrations and everything else. If I never heard the name waterworks again I'd be pretty happy about it.

The app can not check its own password rule !? Basically, it's impossible to register from the app.
