Terrible service, was paid $300 my account is showing negative money been waiting two weeks. Trying to get my money off the app so I never have to use again.. no customer service response

Even if you contact Stripe via email, you either get no response or the same automated reply. No matter how legal your business is or how many security measures you implement, your account will still be labeled as high risk. Here on the Play Store, they may apologize and ask me to contact support, but in reality, nothing changes. Remember, I am counting every day my account remains suspended, and once I return to the UK, I will take legal action.

This company will allow a customer to make fraudulent disputes with their credit card company and do nothing to protect your payment leading to your business losing money. BE AWARE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS. I was victim of a woman who put in a fraudulent dispute and stripe did nothing to help they basically said your on your own and took the money immediately out of my bank account in favor of the customer, 3 months investigation to learn the woman who lied wins.
