About this app

Jubilant smart is a unique app to record employees details and has felicities, where employees can take daily attendance in four different shifts, apply leaves & submit official visit reports with photographs. The app is developed by Jubilant Bhartia Foundation along-with technical support of Indev Consultancy Pvt Ltd exclusively for Goutam Budh Nagar District will be scaled up once the pilot model get successfully implemented.

The solution is developed using open-source platform so that it is affordable and adaptable to the changing needs with features like:

· Location Tracking: With the help of GPS feature mobile device captures the location of data collection. This ensures authenticity in the data collections

· Multi-Lingual Integration: The mobile device also supports easy multi-lingual integration which enables this application to be used, currently it is available in Hindi & English

· Image Integration: Another major advantage is that the mobile device provides functionality of capturing photos to ensure authenticity

· Temporary offline storage: Mobile device can store the data locally in the mobile storage when it is not connected to the internet. This locally stored data can be synchronized and transferred to the server as soon as the Internet is available

Jubilant smart has an interactive dashboard, where the senior management team can see all the info-graphic charts of attendance, leaves taken & visit reports of all employees. It provides adequate and vital information in a single glance and if the user tends to dig deep and find additional information or view full profile of a particular employee. There are options on dashboard which leads the user to his or her desired result and can download & print reports as per pre-defined formats.
