Decent when it works. However, far too often it will open up to a blank screen and require you to log out and back in to start working again. Needless to say, this is frustrating over the course of the day as you check your event schedule or need to look up information. This problem is also compounded by the fact that the app is the *only* source of information for .conf18.

The app keeps showing a blank screen when it's opened. I need to log out and log back in to use the app. Some of the locations are without the specifics (e.g. Theatre A, Hands-on Labs). The instructions to the locations are also too brief. There's no indication of full sessions (ironic for a company that does data analytics). Also, some events cannot be unregistered. The push notifications are also going nowhere (white screen) and irrelevant. There's no way to set push notifications for the sessions we registered for, which are more important and relevant. Location also can't be detected despite granting permission to Location and wireless and Bluetooth are turned on.

Lots of people are complain in the reviews about the apps lack of performance at the conference, but they're failing to realize the app is loading remote resources and the white screen is a result of server load of 10k people all trying to check their schedules at once. What this app does wrong is doesn't cache local resources to handle bad internet / server load. There's definite room for improvement but the apps function and information provided is quite good when it's working. The wifi at the conference has exceeded my expectations and the the way this app doesn't show menus or server content without connectivity is one of its only flaws, however its a solid tradeoff for ensuring everyone always has the most up to date information without needing to update the app every 5 minutes. What needs to be better is the back end server hosting the content. The app itself does what it's meant to do, exactly.

So I initially rated this app as one star because it was blank. Then I started getting notifications and now it works fine. There was a notification about being activated so I am guessing it was inactive until a set time.

SPLUNK - Which released so many new features for the customers at the conference could not build an App. Such a shame! This app keeps crashing, Agenda doesn't show up, everything is wonky!

Notifications not loading, always showing an error. The app is immensely helpful, but certain aspects do not load properly on all devices.
