Absolutely is the worst. I liked the old app, but this app is not even close to being reliable or functioning proper. It never is up to date when it comes to the trip portion and most of the time it is unable to locate my car. At times, it will freeze and have my car in the same location for weeks. And does not record trips. I would give ZERO if I could.

I was having problems with the GPS on my unit. They quickly responded to my complaint and fixed the issue when they said they would. My unit was replaced and is now working great! I think that the problem is when you have the old unit from the other company it just doesn't register so it needs to be replaced.

App no longer show when car was at specified location or how long it was there. It used to show arrival and departure times and how long it was there. Not happy that it no longer does. Alse GPS is off it shows vehicle at 1 place and it's at another.

So far I am impressed with it ability to alert me to problems. The thing is, for the price of the service. Your systems should be able to do a whole of less lot more. For example more diagnostics, remote key with smartphone to remote 🔐 or unlock, and or start the vehicle. If you going to be an alternative to OnStar you should match or bet what they offer.

Horrible...This thing hasn't updated since May 6th...I have contacted customer service, reset...uninstall application reinstalled and it does not work. I had to pay for this and I am not a happy customer.

For two days i havent been able to see the location of my vehicle all it does is circle & circle only showing the last location of where the car was 2 days ago. Idk what is the problem but i know theres a problem. So its another Day long past the day i first Rated this app & it still sucks butts it takes forever to never to get the car location. This App Sucks period!
