It crashes a lot. It takes forever to open, so long in fact that I have sometimes used the portal to do my first report or 2 in my first store of the week. During christmas, when stores were busy and everyone was using target wifi, i couldn't use it at all.

I haven't used it much yet but I noticed the same thing. The attachments should be made available on the app for download. That's pretty inconvenient. You also need to fix this so that pictures can be loaded from the gallery.

It picks random service orders and won't close them out. It will be in "waiting to upload" then when you refresh the page, it puts it in "in progress." I have kept the app open for over 30 min and it still doesn't upload. Also, after you begin a service, answer all the questions, you have to back out of the call report, reopen it in order to close it. Other than that, great app, easy to use.
