LONTEX CARGO broke a brand new 49 inch TV during shipping but refuse to accept liability. They are reckless, arrogant and condescending. USE them but prepare for the worst by setting up money aside for litigation. A gentleman's agreement with them is a waste of time. They will even try to set you up so as to escape liability. So in correspondence with them, choose your words carefully-VERY CAREFULLY.
