A: Pack is a video group chat app.
Q: What if I want to have a private conversation?
A: You can have a private video chat with one person or a group of people by locking the room when the desired people are in the room. Lock the video chat by clicking on the 3-dot menu when in a chat and select the ‘lock room’ option.
Q: How do I change which camera is used while group video chatting?
A: You can double tap on the screen to switch which camera you use. You can also click the 3-dot menu to find the ‘switch camera’ option.
Q: How many people can be in the video group chat at once?
A: Up to 8 people can group video chat at one time.
Q: Do I need to invite someone to video chat with me?
A: You only need to send an invite initially, and have it accepted for those people to join you on Pack at any given time. If you’re on Pack, any friend can join you for a group video chat at any time, as long as you’re not in a locked room.
Q: How do I leave a video chat?
A: You can leave a video chat by clicking the “X” at the bottom right of the screen.
Q: Does Pack work with wifi and cellular data?
A: Pack works no matter what connection you use. You can video chat with anyone, anywhere.
Q: Does Pack cost anything to join?
A: It is completely free to video chat on Pack!
Q: Can I meet new friends and find old friends on Pack?
A: Yes, look at the “Suggested friends” and “Recommended friends” sections on your home screen and start sending invites! Anyone that accepts your invitation, you can video chat with!
