Not being able to sort from oldest to newest or newest to oldest is a big deal breaker for me. You can't just scroll to the bottom to get to the newest request because our PM request go to the bottom. Also the time is off, it would show that the request was submitted at midnight but really it was at 10am. So it makes it difficult to short through hundreds of request.

On Motorola phone, cannot pause or complete work orders anymore. Started having this problem +/- mid-March. Keep waiting for an upgrade/fix but nada. Not good! 12/2/20 - first issue now fixed, Thank You! I just noticed that I don't see the side bar that let me write work orders for myself any more? Is that part of an upgrade?

The app is so limited. There is no way to sort work orders in a list or add expenses to it. It makes the app useless.

Why isn't there any actual in-app notifications for this? It would be very nice to have this notify you every single time you get an actual work order. It shows notifications settings but it doesn't do anything at all.

I only use this app because it is necessary for my work to see and complete service orders. However given the choice I would use the desktop version over the mobile app every time. The app constantly crashes and you have to log out and log back on to get it to work. I'm talking between 20-30 times in a given 8hr day I have to restart this app. If I didn't need it for work I wouldn't use it at all.
