This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Real Estate by Smarter Agent on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Terrible, since Lbar turned their other app off it has been a mess. I cannot access the agent portion of this app as well as other agents I have talked to. I've emailed them and they put the blame on our agency instead. Never had an issue with the other app. I have to resort to other apps just to get agent info on listings

Very cool new app for real estate. I have been using it since a very kind realtor told me about it in early April or may of this year. Has great features likeopen house finder, locate home in target aeras of townand have a very convenient save feature that has helps me ans my family search for a new home In a diffrent town.

The Search Feature Sucks every time I do a search, I get an error message. The distance scale goes from 1 to 10 to 5 then to 3/4 and 1/4 as I increase the distance from the zip code I entered.

I cannot find any setting options to save search criteria. Is saving your search settings available so you can pick up where you left off and/or continue to search the same areas after closing the app?

can't get logged in to see any realtor level info and put in a help ticket which was returned as r resolved but actually had no resolution. also i can be standing in front of a house on the market and press closest home and it won't come up
