Edit (12.05): I changed the devices, was trying to register and found out the same problem still is there! Even biometric registration doesn't work even if documents aren't expired and adhere to all criteria. So, I'm left without being able to pay for servises in time of pandemic and have to go to bank. My earlier opinion remains: This app is less than useless, with everything requiring it and it not working causes nothing but inconvinience, even more than usual in these times of pandemic

Spent about an hour trying to scan my ID card. The connection kept failing, restarting, and the app crashed multiple times! Now I have to keep my old device just for logging in. Terrible app!

I'm live abroad and all my details( banks, phone number..)except passport isn't Lithuanian. So I can not register and use this app for the purpose it was created. Absolutely shocking it gives only few countries easy access

Absolute trash of software. Why would YOU care if the user has rooted their phone? "Disable screenshots" option? More like an useless switch hence i can still screenshot just fine. What's next, need to register a new profile if your battery dies or you lose internet connection? This is an awfully intrusive app that Jewropean "union" has accepted for use and everyone should avoid it. Just like another user mentioned - NOTHING in this waste of space is smart nor secure. I suspect botted rating.

No option for biometric authentication (fingerprint/face recognition). Entering a PIN code while in a public place is not very secure
