Pretty much useless. For example alerts show day of week and month but not date, no calendar, no way to answer simple guest enquiries such as "what availability do you have or what is the cost for a certain date. You have to just try each date individually, write the answer, try the next date, etc, then read the list back to the guest. Clearly not developed or even tested by actual property operators. I have asked for improvements on multiple occasions but just get boilerplate response that they will pass my comments on. Never any functionality changes in years.

Limited functionality. I was hoping it would be a quicker and easier way of checking bookings while on the run. Sadly too limited and the website view on my phone is cumbersome. A calender view is essential for the app to be of any real use other than a handy companion to using the web-based front desk.

Limited functionality. As countless other reviews have pointed out a calender view is essential for the app to be of any real use other than a handy companion to using the web-based front desk. As I spend a lot of time out of the office it would be great to have more of the same useful functions of the desktop client.

Useless app, their frontdesk also has a l9t of bugs. We have a lot of trouble login and reset password. Their software keep change compatible probpem with Chrome, Edge, Firefox. Login problem happen everytime we login, we need to keep changing default browser to use them. Yet, our browsers are all up to date and it happened to pcs and laptops, not a particular pc.

As other have said, without calendar view, it has limited functionality. I have to go go Opera in order to open up the website in calendar view, and even then it has problems rendering correctly. Am planning on having a look at Cloudbeds.

Same as most of the other reviews, without calendar view its next to useless. Would be a worthwhile investment to develop this functionality as many of us small property owners are on the go, PLEASE!
