No longer will do anything on the Pixel 4 using android 11, barely worked before anyway. Constant error messages, asset test results not working , work notes vanishing. Couple that with the inability to delete individual letters of a word, highlight, copy and paste text. This needs fixing now.

I'm having the same issues as the majority of reviews here. The mobile app is useless we have over thirty technicians out in the field who can't use this overpriced software. Been a year since an update therein may lay the issue

Updated to android 11 now I can't connect. Constant crashes prior to updating and now it doesn't work at all. FIX THIS APP!!!!! FK SAKES!!!!¡!!!!!!!!!

App stop working after updating to Android 11. It keeps saying it can't established a network connection even tho I have internet. All other apps are connecting fine

Overall, costs a fortune and seems like none of that money goes into product development. Freezes frequently with the only solution being a full uninstall and reinstall, causing all instances data to be lost. Rotates from side to side constantly if held at a slight angle. These are just the issues annoying me at the moment. There is always something wrong with this damn app. I have been using this app for years with the same issues not being fixed. I have also been using this app with 3 different phones, all being the highest end devices at the time. Thus ruling out the possibility of any fault on the phones.
