Incredibly poor app. Continually deletes vital, hard to obtain information from work notes without warning or reason. Guaranteed the worst and most frustrating part of my day just about every single day

Why does it constantly say I need to establish an internet connection when I have full 5G coverage everytime? Always having to put it on and off flight mode, clear cache, deleting app and reinstalling it. No help from tech support whatsoever. People are paying good money for this and you guys haven't got it up to scratch. DISAPPOINTING.

It looks a lot better than the old connect, but that is as far as it goes. You don't get notifications of new jobs when allocated, you can't add a job on the fly (they have to be added by the office), assets keep disappearing when added. It's just to unreliable. A real shame as it should be so much better. I'm sure it will improve eventually but at the moment stick with connect.... That works.

This app is sketchy. Our business has been trying to use it for about 4 months, while when it works how it's meant to, it's really good, but it has heaps of technical errors. One day it deletes all your entered info. The next day the screen is blacked out. The search only works with some of the information...and it only works sometimes. The Help desk people get confused with which app you're using. Lately it has been working much more smoothly. I can see it's getting better.

The time block scroll wheels are far too sensitive, I have heard this complaint from other users. Also the format looks too much like you're reading a report, with not enough differentiation between the sections. Just remember her that we are looking at this app on a small screen and also 'on the go'. Also give us the ability to switch off the 'include current time' option

The whole system is great, but it's unreliable. The system runs like a space program, there's a place for everything and a way to manage everything that you want to manage. I just wish they had their servers a bit closer or spent a bit more money on them or something. It works until it doesn't and then it doesn't even limp, it just kicks you off and you have to wait for tge server to reboot or something and then find where you were up to, re-key what you were working on and then you're off.
