So many issues with this app, information lost, constantly closing and reopening to attach photos, and unable to upload completed forms. Would be easier and more efficient to hand write and send forms via carrier pigeons.

If you are considering using this for you company, HOLD OFF! The app has so much potential to be an amazing add-on for Simpro. As it is at the moment, it feels like an afterthought. Developers need to increase speed, application capacity, and functionality. There are some great suggestions on the ideas portal that should be implemented as a matter of priority.

I have used this for many years. Thier can be big delays when I send documents from eforms to connect. Sometimes its instant other times it takes hours. It is delaying our processes for invoicing. I can not resend the form either as once its sent it's gone. All I can do is screenshot it and attach it manually. The app slowly has improved over the years and is usable but this fault needs urgent work.

good app but the overlay of the form doesnt match up with how the form actually looks. words end up in the wrong position which doesnt look good and takes a lot of time and continuous testing to get it right

Better than paper but needs forms in alphabetical order for ease of search. Fairly nasty gui on screen. Best to save long forms regularly incase it crashes and you loose everything. Can't have 2 devices logged in which is a pain.

Pathetic app, for some reason I can't view any forms. I uninstalled and reinstalled app without success and when i contacted support it kept asking me to fill in subject which i did 3 times. Avoid this app at all costs.
