Very useful, helpful app. The support tech was able to request and successfully access control of my phone's camera to get the pictures needed to assist with my dental treatment plan. So much faster and better than me doing it myself and potentially not getting what they needed. Fantastic visual assistance.

This app offers a lot of connection options compare to others. Just like all of the app out there, It will work great if you have good cell signal. If there's no good cell signal, then I am being unrealistic to expect any app to run properly.

Was great that the tech could visually see my device. Had trouble getting the sound to go to speaker phone. Ultimately used bluetooth ear buds so I could hear the tech and show the tech at the same time.

Excellent app used by EE to check my router set up saves explanation over the phone support agent could verify a fault or settings if needed or if there was one excellent choice by the best ISP and phone network in the country THAT IS TRUE EE infrastructure is covered by most of the country and mvnos actually use it to so EE dont lie saying they are the biggest and best

Horrible app, it will freeze, at each small drop of signal it will close. Any video call app will work but not this one.

About this app

The Visual Support App allows support agents, experts and claim professionals to see what you see. Either by leveraging the back camera of your Android device or by sharing your screen.
To use this application you must be invited via SMS or start the interaction from a webpage.
To start the visual interaction you have to download the application and go back to the SMS or webpage to connect the session.
During the interaction you can leverage advanced capabilities as:

• HD Audio
• Video frame rate auto adapt
• Screen sharing and co-browsing
• Live remote pointer
• 2 ways drawing and annotations
• Pause video, photos and picture saving
• Session recording

The App can access your stored data if the remote agent requests it, and only if you authorize it explicitely. The app also allows the remote agent to capture, store, process and retain photos taken during the live interactive session.
