I have ported my business number into Sideline. They are so easy to work with and it works well. I can now have my business calls come into my cell phone. Every question I've had, their team has been able to answer and help with right away. I had to research a few things to get the setting just right (especially through my Verizon carrier). The calls were going to VM but once I looked up what to do I was able to remedy it. I've had the service for about a month and so far am happy with it.

It pisses me off and sucks because there are so many apps similar to this that are free and if they charge you when they do charge you it's only if you get premium features but this app charged me without my permission it charged me1 day sooner than it said it would not only that the cost was 999 for a month's and I tried to contact and tell them that I did not want it I deleted the app but it did not get rid of it it still existed so I ended up just reinstalling it and I hate it

It started great for the first year or two. Then my calls started to drop. It got so bad I switched phones, thinking it was the phone. My new phone started dropping calls almost immediately and it happened on almost every call I made. Then I wasn't able to send texts to some of my friends. This all happened on my regular line and my sideline. Someone mentioned it may be the sideline and I realized it started after the sideline.

Unreliable for business use - avoid it! I've had this service going on three years and over the past year some of my clients are telling me that when they call the number it gives them a disconnected message. And those are the ones that have bothered to notify me, I'm sure there's dozens of others. This is causing people to think I've gone out of business and is causing me to lose clients and money! Sideline support is completely useless. I've cancelled and am porting out ASAP.

Forward to Voicemail is off, setting doesn't work. I've been through the whole troubleshooting sequence, it goes straight to voice mail. Have latest update. It worked for one month so I printed biz cards, advertising and then it stopped working. A huge hassle. Nothing I do works. Avoid!!

Constant issues with this app and my android phone. Missed calls, dropped calls, etc. The help desk folks were very friendly and helpful, but I've had to call them several times per week (sometimes every day). I finally had to give up and port my business number to a land-line.
