Edit: Uninstalled and reinstalled, 50 orders are still 'waiting for details' and have to manually delete each one. 95% of my new orders do not appear in order tracking, and I have my email linked. I just track things from where I ordered it from now. The app is useless. A helpful feature would be to reset your orders. App went from 5 starts to 1 star overnight. I'm not even sure what the point of the app is anymore now that the order tracking, its main feature, doesn't work anymore.

Shop is really good for helping me purchase stuff quickly, and I love the tracking. That's why I didn't rate it any lower because the earned cash option is BROKEN. Each time I try redeeming my cash that id earned for stuff, it keeps on saying, "Offer ended for the day, check back later!" Even though it's not an offer, it's what I've earned. Please fix!

Horrible app. Shipment tracking is very inaccurate. Shows tracking for shipments that weren't even mine. The tracking of my packages never showed updated details, and even 6-month-old shipments we're still listed as in route. Also, many of the vendors on this app are scams that want your payment information but don't actually have products to sell, just fake listings.

It can be a little cumbersome to use sometimes, but overall, the app works great. It really just needs some filters and sorting options. My biggest gripe and the reason for the 2 stars, is the videos. For God's sake, please give me the option to turn off autoplay. I HATE autoplay. It completely breaks the experience for me if I have music or something playing, cause it will stop Spotify. With that option, it's a four star app all day

It doesn't provide all purchases via online which sucks. Since I personally like having each purchase in a single location just to track them,but it does provide accurate information in regards to the carrier, delivery date, cancellation, or refund status which I guess makes up for it. Overall it's a good idea to use for any of your shopping needs. It does offer cash back rewards and special promotions too.

I've never had a problem with the app and actually loved it...up until a few days ago. It occasionally disconnects my Amazon account and email but all I have to do is hit reconnect and everything is fine. Not this time. For the past few days I've been trying to reconnect Amazon and it won't let me. All I keep getting is a blank white screen. *12/29/23* Still not able to connect my Amazon account. Very frustrating.
