When your parcel is stuck there is no way out. The customer care executive has one answer for everything. Please wait for 24-48 hours. And they mark your ticket as solved in about 4-6 hrs without even attempting to solve the issue. No calls, no mails....absolutely nothing. My one return parcel has been stuck with them for more than 45 days. Sometimes pickups do not happen for no reason at all. Definitely switching to another platform soon. Not even worth 1 star.

Worst app , no solution from the customer care. I have recharge my wallet and the amount also deducted from my account but never shows in the ship rocket wallet, when I calls the customer care some time they say that it will be credited in 24 hours in your wallet , and some they they it will be return in uour bank by 7 days , and some times they say contact your bank . And I have not got my COD amout also till now .....

Extreamly poor level of service. The pick up was delayed by a day. Then shipped by air took another day and now the product is 10 days undelivered for no reason. Audacity to ask customer to come to their hub and pick up and false promise to deliver, was just not acceptable. They cant apologise. So careless keast interested attitude from a logistics partner has ruined my relationship with my client.

Very poor service . Their support team is literally not interested to help anyone to resolve any pickup or delivery related delay . Rather if you call them asking for help , they will just read lines from some predetermined script which is given to them from the company , and will tell you to escalate the pickup after the failed pickup . From their end , they won't take any necessary step to help you out at all . In my case , my shipment is not yet picked up even after 2 days delay till today.

I never had such worst experience before!! My delivery is a week late and the status is the same since last 7 days. It shows the package is delayed due to rain and fog but there is no such thing happening in the area. Moreover they have not even provided any number for the customer support. The only number mentioned doesn't even work for customers. It's really disappointing as shiprocket does not even respond back to the mails we send while asking for help. This is tremendously worst service!!

Cons- The customer support chat is very poor. There is no option to call and speak to a customer care executive. Screwed up in the name of automation. Tracking escalation is very poor. Can't contact the pickup/delivery partner . Overall you are left to their choice and can't do anything about it. Pros- Competitive rates. Home pickup and drop.
