Extremely glitchy as of late. Unable to select different start times for shifts and unable to message managers to make them aware of why I will actually arrive due to a separate glitch. The in app support team has not once been helpful in resolving these issues, they just pretend nothing is wrong. Based on other recent reviews it's clear that the app has been buggy as of late, but they refuse to acknowledge it or at least help with correcting their errors.

If I could give a 0 star it would be there. I set up 2 shifts, confirmed it and it was all set up. the morning of the shift, I get a text stating.. I won't be able to pick shift up until background check is complete. But, now it show that I cancelled or no cal no show and that messes up your eligibility % ... with that being said, they slowly stop sending you shifts. even though it's there fault. There is a bunch of things wrong with app. can't contact no one live or via. app get it together!!!

Not the best place to work, They don't necessarily listen to your complaints or fix anything. Anything involving the score will never be fixed, and to make it worse, your score goes down randomly. Not when something happens, so complaints and stuff. Don't really work because half the time. You don't even know what happened. It's probably because your score is lowered randomly. I haven't been working on this app because of the way the system works alone.

App is always buggy, never gets properly fixed. Trying to simply pick up shifts in the same day is a nightmare. As for shiftsmart. Their customer service could use a complete overhaul. They literally ignore your concern and send a generic copy/paste reply that has nothing to do with your question or concern. I'm currently waiting to be paid for 2 shifts that I worked. I know everything has been done because I talked to the manager. But I'm still waiting.

It would be a great app if it was actually more than a couple mystery shops a week or if it was shifts close to my location. They're also extremely petty about the surveys and will reject it for not making the right answer that they want. Be very detailed even it's a simple response. For Example I did two surveys one was accepted the other rejected but it was for two different Best buys. Same quality of pictures but one was rejected for whatever excuse they come up with they didn't want to pay

Worst app I've ever used you get zero help from support he crashes like crazy and trying to get anything accomplished is like pulling teeth.As I tried to sign up for a shift to do the new food market and logged into the app it just goes to a blank white screen. and I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and nothing is fixing the issue. I tried to contact support and heard nothing after multiple attempts they won't even respond to my review. Beyond frustrated
