Not happy with my cut I had a pickture of what I wanted but it looks nothing like what i showed the stylest very unhappy with my cut today. but the service was great friendly and welcoming .

Idk why it doent have an option to go on without putting your dob in. Really pointless to not accept bookings unless you're 15km away from a just cuts location... seems like too much effort for a haircut🙄

Install app, fill in details, wait for SMS, no SMS received. Can't continue. Uninstall app, reinstall app, repeat, same result.

great app. used for the first time today. I think it could be improved though, if you could see a running timer of how far away you are in the queue. I booked my appt from home and still had 20 mins to wait once I arrived. it was busy though, so not worried about the wait. maybe you could include your prices on the app as well and possibly have an option where I choose my favourite store, and their promotions are available.

Rubbish on all levels. First, had to scroll back month by month to enter my birthday. Then app didn't even work properly! I tried to reserve a place in the queue for a haircut but i couldn't. I rung the store and they said that if the wait time was long then the app doesn't let you reserve a place and that i had to come in in person to book a place (when wait was 80 mins) and then come back. WHAT'S THE POINT OF THE BLOODY APP THEN????????
