Since they upgraded their system it has been a pain to do anything in their online portal and app. All my accounts went missing, you can't add accounts, you can't start service and even if you call them 90% of the staff doesn't know how to do it. To top off I can't even log in to the app anymore it say session expired due to inactivity. I have deleted, re-installed, deleted cache and nothing. Worst company ever.

Not able to put our account number when trying to pay with a debit or credit. Once the new update happened it ruined our ability to pay with bill matrix which is where the app redirects you when you try and pay with a card. So frustrating. Update is no good.

The application is good but the only problem, which I have been seeing for the last three months every time I am going to pay the bill, I have to change the password. And this causes me a big headache.

New update makes app more confusing to use. I hate the new changes. I use to be able to see all my accounts at once on one screen, now I have to make a bunch of menu selections to just see my balances. Bring back the old app!

Conflicting statements when making an early payment with autopay on. Early payment states I will duplicate my payment but signing up for autopay says otherwise.
