Most pathetic app in my smartphone. Every single time you click anything it will show you some Internal Server Error as an alert message. Now that my power is cutoff and I am trying to make the payment, page shows another error (I have the snapshot) post the payment I made. You can't see your usage and Bill. What is the purpose of introducing such prepaid meter facilities in Patna if you can't handle this. Close such facilities, we don't need!! And yes, your mobile app is simply pathetic.

My smart meter was installed on 04.02.2021. Since then, it is unable to send my usage on my phone on its app and charging on an average rate of Rs. 5.32/ day. Did complained many a times but it seems the department is taking it very lightly and fixing his responsibilities to the BSNL department. Does not deserve even one star. Post paid was far better and was much appreciable. This is horrible and snatched our mental peace.

Really bad experience of using the smart meter and especially this app. The login function doesn't work once you do a "forgot password". Tried a million times to change the password. The password gets changed fine, but when you try loggin in after password change it says " invalid username password". All I now can do is check the balance using the recharge feature and recharge when required. Pissed off with this. Would like to old ways of working.

How can someone make such a bad android app these days. Even college projects are better than this. You can't see errors. You can't set your password after forgetting it. No UPI payment option. It's basically a bad website shown as android app by some dump developers and officers.

Rhe date is always showing wrong. In my account it shows that the last recharge has been done in December 2021. The money consumption is not clearly stated as at what rate the money us being deducted. The customer care number as everytime it happens is of no use at all. I am myself a software engg. This apo needs a lot of corrections

This app is very bad because sometimes cut rate is very high sometimes it's cut rate is very low.One day my power was disconnected I think one day our family live without electricity . Tomorrow I recharged my electricity but I see of that day which day my power disconnected but cut rupees with my recharge of that day. that day I often see this.
