They really need to figure out a simple way to remove old addresses I have two old addresses that I can still view that I haven't lived at for over a year.

I can't pay my bill, I have asked for this to be fixed, keep getting told it was, still won't work. I loved paying my bill on line, it was so easy before they updated. 😭 After 6th communication, still can't pay my bill online. Edited to say....still can't pay my bill online. Would love to go back to the old version. It worked great.

This locks up almost every time I use it, then when I call for help, I end up having to pay a "convenience fee" for a company not of my choice, it is a monopoly.

I love the information I can get regarding current and last year's electricity usage. It's wonderful to be able to compare. And it's so easy to pay the bill even if you have multiple accounts like I do. Great app!

Works on phone " most " of the time , not ipad (when it wants to) I have had to reload this stupid app 3 times, NPPD was also no help.
