Functionality is fine for looking at bills, submitting meter readings. The app looks like it has inconsistent design and not polished for modern app feel. The biometric fingerprint works to detect and scan finger but says invalid password after and clears out the username and password fields. Not a clean behavior and makes biometric access not usable in this version. The app has potential and would like to see the design and some features to be touched up and fixed.

The app is extremely slow. There is no obvious place to see a "current balance" that takes into account payments made since the last bill cycle. The home screen isn't a dashboard as expected, and is instead a menu essentially. Every screen change within the app results in 1-2 min or load time.

Very Nice app, but few things to work on like biometrics is not working properly and remember me option is also useless (everytime have manually add my user name password to get in), other than these 2 things app is fluid and works well.

Does says recognized finger print but ask for password and then ask for email. When finished your work and sign out app stuck on finger print and gets into a loop. Then have to kill the app to get out of the loop. Please correct the software.

Remember Me has yet to actually remember me, and the fingerprint authentication doesn't actually appear to do anything, so I have to login every time I open the app. Other than that, app works fine.

It was great at first but then it stopped reporting my meter readings (so now I'm getting dinged for estimatations) and it hasntupdated any account info for the last month and a half
