Cannot log in to account. Put my username and password and it doesn't recognize it, put in my account number and still will not recognize it. I've gotten into the website, reset my pass word and it still will not let me log in. Very frustrating. Need another transponder.

App is great. Only reason I rate it one star is because the people who make the tolls for this app basically scam people out of money. There isn't even a toll booth. Just cameras taking photos of cars as they pass.

I would NOT recommend this app. I thought the app would make things easier. A month later I get a letter for 'violating' and not paying the toll when I paid the NEXT day and have a receipt for it. I'll be speaking to someone about this when it's not the weekend, but this app is more of a hassle than it should be. Would not recommend unless you want a $2 to be charged as a $55 because they can't properly look through records.

It was easier to find my statement since the update. I dislike the statement format. It is still difficult to read, not just the tiny print on my phone, the layout seems to have been formatted by an inexperienced newbie to start and there's been no revision since I started using my transponder about 5 years ago.

You should really be giving Google 1/2 of all the one time payments.... Maps will do whatever it takes to get you to go through a few toll lanes. Still, at least there were no cops.... 110mph? Thank you f Toll Roads. PS.... I see deer crossing signs.... How many deer get on the freeway each year, best guess... Ty.

Dont believe it when it says your card info is incorrect. Twice it said check cvv and date, so i paid on website. Later when checking bank account, 3 charges for same thing.
