It is a helpful tool for a new business to earn new customers, however, I have spent more money than I have earned so far. Most leads never answer the phone or call back, or respond to Emails. The app prompts me to keep reaching out but after 1-2 phone calls and an Email, they obviously don't want to talk to me. Several of the leads ended up being conversations about their issue and no service was needed. Some people could have sold these jobs but I am honest and don't sell unneeded service.

DO NOT USE!!! I used the app to pause my leads for 48 hours several times over the course of a few weeks. Every time I pauded the leads I would receive a new lead just a few hours later or the next morning. I asked for a credit for the leads because they were paused and they are refusing to give me credit for the leads. They have now charged me $500 for leads I told them I cannot use and they are refusing to do anything about it. I have talked to them about it several times and nothing.

Terrible design, started charging for leads that I had set on Angie's list. Combined them and started billing me for full roof replacements at 130 a pop. I never do full replacements and for 3 years haven't. This is a rip off. I will report to the BBB , Yelp,Twitter and anyone's I or my partners can think of. I asked for credits and yall removed 20 dollar leads I actually do request. This Angie home advisor app so far has been very aggravating so far.

App is just okay, kind of complicated and confusing as to what you're going to be charged, no way to stop your account, no way to stop them from charging you. No way to remove payment method. You can only pause leads for 48 hours through the app. You can't change your spend target by yourself. You basically have to talk to pro customer service to get anything changed with your account. Obnoxious amount of notifications, and I've had more BS spam calls and fake estimates than ever before.

This app makes me lose a lot money. Sometimes I can't talk to the customer and they still charging me. Plus when they contact me they told me. I only part for if the customer accept the project. And it never happen. I called them to talk about the money but they never give me the money back. I definitely do not recommend this app.

App will get your contacts mixed up. it will unpause your leads all on its own costing you hundreds of dollars in minutes!! Homeadvisor/angies itself is tge worst and they will break your budget send you false leads send bogus leads just to take your money. When my annual contract is over i will never use homeadvisor/angie again i advise you to save your money and go a different route!
