Takes forever to upload in the field. A lot of times it doesn't upload at all. Map feature always come up with a white screen. Picture upload times have increased. Would be nice to have a daily hours worked instead of just an in and out time. These issues started with the March update except for the not uploading at all. That's been a consistent thing since I 1st started using this app in mid 2018.

The web software is OK, but the app sucks. It loses pictures if you take within the app, has absolutely no offline support, takes several minutes to load, even on wifi, and is quite buggy. It lacks features that are needed like decent calendar views, notifications, hiding of unassigned appointments, deletion and editing of tasks, and good views for supervising other employees, and the UI is not user friendly.

Employer requires this app, first month we had it ok, now for several weeks when you open it all of us get to stare at a blank white screen for a while any time we open it. We need to sign in and get to work, not wait on an app to come to life. Both android and iphones

App will not let my techs view customers history even though I have them access on my end.ive called SF and they said I did everything right on my end but to uninstall the app then reinstall it. Still no deference.also app takes too long to upload, .very frustrating.anyone else having these problems

This app really depends on the internet, if its slow or non at all, app becomes useless. Layout of the app need improvement and optimizations for mobile phones. Hyperlink small fonts hard to click. I hate giving 1 star reviews but usually this helps for developers to find solutions faster.

Rarely works as it should, often delete photos from the invoice option, sometimes it deletes all photos and all notes when hitting the completion button. Usually 2 to 3 days a week system buffers extremely long time.
