About this app

WorkN is a labor organization platform for companies to manage both their staff and contractor workforces.

As a worker using WorkN you will see your shifts or assignments in real time, be able to check in and check out and review your employer and more. If you are a contractor you will also get access to new work once you are vetted into a market.

Built on the Serveture platform, companies can manage their staff with the most advanced shift management capabilities. This is, in turn, married to an unparalleled on-demand marketplace to access local contractors.

WorkN relies on “Market Makers" to onboard companies in a specific market and recruit and vet contractors for those companies.

A robust marketplace engine sits behind WorkN managing the attributes, matching rules, geo fencing, billings, reporting, reviews for each market maker and their respective companies and workers.

Example - you have two shifts that need to be filled - you fill the first with a staff person - their phone wakes up informing them of their assignment. You cannot fill the second with staff so you put it out to the contractor market. Qualified workers with the right skills and location, vetted by the market maker, see the offer. One accepts. Two shifts filled in a completely different way but in one platform!

They all check in and check out on their mobile device giving you organization, tracking, efficiency and peace of mind. You view it all on a live updating master calendar.

And, of course, mutual reviews make everyone on point to do their best knowing their record will carry forward to future employers in that market.

Behind the scenes everyone gets rule making, centralized calendaring, reporting and payroll extracts.

Labor market have never been so organized... Welcome to the third industrial revolution.
