It made filing my claim very easy and fast! I am amazed by the things you can do with this app😊

Well instead of helping anybody with their claim it doesn't work or open !! This app suck big time !!! Might be a way to avoid paying for the damage thier member cause!!! I just don't know how to send them the pictures they want .. talking to my insurance company and let them deal with that...

Horrible I would give it 0 stars. The app causes my phone to constantly freeze. Apples app store doesn't allow reviews to be submitted so I am reviewing through an old android. I got through everything on the app clicked submit when an error appeared saying it could not process my request at that time check my wifi and cellular data connection. Both were strong I closes out of the app and continued again switching between wifi and data after failed submissions. I turned my phone off and back on again and entered the app, still nothing. I contacted support services where they only blamed MY wifi and MY data (which works well with all other apps and internet). No one could say it was THEIR app causing the issue. Personnel had no idea what permissions the app requests stating it needs access to my contacts to communicate with them. Which the app did not ask permission for and acess to contacts is to link you to some of your contacts in an app. The app does not have the option to save photos to your phones gallery (which personnel said it did). I had to go back and retake pictures in negative temperatures to save to my phone gallery. Support told me for "my convenience" to email my photos to them. I had to email 3 different people the same pictures (only 4 per email) over a 2 day span. Only after doing that was I told I had to go to my computer to download the photos from my phone to a jpeg format. I have 7 different email chains of 5 emails consisting of 4 pics per email. Poorly developed app, poor communication by support, support was not helpful, received horrible service from support, poor knowledge of their own app, the app made the claim process much more difficult than needed and drawn out. It was neither easy nor conveinent.

The app works good just unsure if it is good enough to make an accurate estimate.
