First and formost, they just want to take money out of your account they dont check anything. To complicated to use as if you make a transaction they just show TRANSFER OK but that is not received by anywhere from the receiver you cant track your transaction. Secondly there service people are not helpful at all (or might be auto system) notsure..overall very awful experience I would say in store/branch they work 100% better than this app.
