Finally!!!!!!! You can now Pay and Send Money within the app with no need to keep opening the sim card access portal for MPESA. This is such a RELIEF!!!! Secondly, they added the option of telling someone the withdrawal costs and to add sauce to it, a simple click tab to include these charges or not. I mean, what more can I ever ask for MPESA??? JUST ONE MORE: Introduce NFC Transfer of MPESA by simply tapping your friends phone! This will be the greatest money transfer upgrade!

Finally youvw done it now i can input my pin tlfrom the app that is great thought ans its now faster no more buffering hopefully you won't update it and mess it up. as for now its great. Now work on the accessibility of the app via Wi-fi coz what of those who are outside the country or leave alone in the country and are using Wi-fi ⁉️ Wake up and smell the coffee.

I also experienced similar problem, an alert to switch off WIFI and connect to your mobile data. I took time to read reviews with hope of finding solution. Safaricom response to similar reviews is asking people to send an email to customercare with your phone number. I did this last night, only to get this response "if you already logged out from the app while outside the country, you cannot log in back". I would save us time and frustrations if safaricom feedback reads as per their email

Safaricom!!!You expanded your mind and stopped thinking about customer satisfaction. Your network is very poor. These 4G simcards have the worst experience in the last 11yrs I've been with you. Nowdays Mpesa cannever be used when one has an emergency. It keeps hanging, including the saf app. Some smart phones in your shops are better of sold on streets of River Road.SAD NEWS! A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush.Think along! I've also noticed you respond to diaspora complaints mostly 🤔😞

The recent upgrade is appreciated, BUT BRING BACK m-ledger. M-ledger is an easier ledger manager as it could give easier transactions history going back to years...i could see my transaction history by person since 2010! With what is available now, the available history is only for 1 yr and even then you have to download document into excel and use use other analytical methods to extract transactions to a particular receiver... VERY COMPLICATED! BRING BACK M-LEDGER.

The updated App is great...i however wish to have an option for theme colour when prompted for PIN ...the bright clear one can in a way interfere with privacy....i would prefer a dark one or rather minimised digits.....
