It's a pretty good app, overall. The Points system is well organized. Ordering is fairly easy, but it would be better if you could save a collection of favorite orders, and/or repeat previous orders. You can already look at previous orders. Just add a button for "Order this again."

I prefer ordering through the JM app in hopes that the store owner gets more of the money versus through a delivery app. But the time estimates are always low through this app. I'll frequently see a 27-38 minute delivery estimate but then projected time when I order is closer to 50 min or longer. It's not the end of the world but I definitely feel the service is slower than if I used a delivery app directly.

To start out, I'd give this five stars if you were able to more fully customize any sandwich. That's the only negative thing I could say about this app. Quick to use, easy to edit a sandwich or a product in the cart. Great for ordering ahead and not bothering those trying to make everybody sandwiches with a phone call... You know, that old fashioned thing.

Jersey Mike's app is always on point. It is very user friendly. If my sandwich does not have all the extras I like on it, I have an opportunity to type it in with more options. My sandwiches are always exactly how I ordered them. I have had nothing but a positive experience using the app. Keep it up!

unable to log in. The app would not let me order properly, it kept making me log in again and again and again I don't know how many times throughout the order. I finally got to order my 2 subs. I was able to check my points and I did not get any points for my 2 subs ordered on Tuesday. I deleted the app and now when I hit the login button, nothing happens. Is it just me or did they change the roll as they don't taste as good as they used to and they're tough.

I don't usually write reviews but this app was particularly frustrating to use. I had to submit 5 or more captchas before it would login. Why should I need to create an account? Why not support federated login? The whole captcha mess could be completely avoided.
