IT documentation is poor. Just says they are great and wonderful, but don't tell you how to actually get things working. For Andriod phones: 1 Try deleting old Seaport and reinstall to make sure you have latest version. 2 Turn on both phone location and bluetooth. 3 Go to settings, select applications, then Seaport. Next look through and make sure Location is allowed and VlueTooth is allowed. 4 Hopefully yours will work in under 30 minutes of your lunxh tinkering with the timecloxk.

My password kept messing up about 10 times randomly for months. It would also lock me out so I would have to call Customer Service IT line to help reset & even that wouldn't help sometimes. So i'd have to come into the HR office to have the front desk lady or man reset it and get on the app through the desktops there to view my schedule. Eventually I ended up quiting because of it.

Worked pretty fine for a while but issues began to occur more and more often. Downloading pdfs through the internal app browser would lead to corrupted files and extra hour shifts would no longer show on others schedule's. Only thing I find it useful for now is notifications and thats about it.

So still no report for bugs on the app and when I went to download an eticket to my phone it gave me and .aspx file which is not something I should get but a pdf have done this before if I go through the web site works fine though so not sure why I'm geting this. Other than this annoying app problem works as expected and let's me see my hours and schedule adequately well keep working on it and it should improve

The app does not work. It loads for not even a second then kicks me out and back to the home screen. Needs Fixing!

The app is great and makes everything very easy to use and see, but at times I have to re-enter my password even if I have remember me selected.
