Not user friendly, having to download a PDF report to view status defeats the purpose of a mobile app.

The app means nothing since the technicians do nothing to resolve the service issues. Schindler, the worst elevator company in the elevator business created this app for it's premium customers. It's been five days since the technician returned as promised. Nothing. David Garza, you should be fired, you lazy bum!
